The Works Staffing Solutions offers specialist recruitment services for industrial, manufacturing, engineering and technical clients across the South coast and our call centre operations operate nationally. We manage our client’s permanent, contract and temporary staff assignments from our offices in Southampton and Bournemouth.

Candidate Selection

We use our extensive recruitment experience to select the best candidates for our clients. The position briefing is vital and we use that opportunity to find out as much detail as possible about the role, including talking to the line manager where relevant to discuss their requirements in depth. This detailed, personal approach ensures that we understand what our clients require in a successful candidate and enables us to assess candidates in that light.

Candidate Pre-screening

Our interviews are carefully structured to be extensive assessments of a candidate's relevant experience, competency and suitability for the position they have applied for. We also scrutinise and verify qualifications, visas and any other documentation.
