Customer Care Advisor (Complaint Handler)

Location: Hampshire, South East
Salary: £22,000.00 per annum

We are recruiting for a Customer Care Advisor to join an established company in the Millbrook area of Southampton.

What you will do:

* Deal with customer telephone complaints and follow through to resolution
* Own the complaint from start to finish and make sure the customer is happy with the solution
* Write emails to customers
* Update customer records

About you:

* You will have experience of telephone based complaint handling and handling complaints in a calm and reassuring manner
* You must have an excellent telephone manner with clear communication skills both verbal and written
* You will have excellent IT skills and be able to prioritise your own workload

Benefits:

* Competitive salary up to £22,000 p/a
* Working hours Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700
