Regional Hire Administrator

Location: Hampshire, South East
Salary: £22,000.00 per annum

We are working with a fantastic, well-established company based in Totton who is looking to recruit an experienced Regional Hire Administrator. The department is extremely busy and the role will involve carrying out administrative and customer service duties as required. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving company who offer a friendly working environment.

Main Duties:

* Providing support to the field staff
* Working closely with other internal departments
* Invoice processing
* Dealing with stock enquires
* Using bespoke CRM system to log breakdowns
* Liaising with managers
* Receiving enquiries for all breakdowns

Candidate Competencies:

* You will have previous experience working in a busy sales support environment
* You will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* You will be hard working, and able to liaise with staff on all levels
* You will be able to multi-task on several projects
* You will have previous experience dealing with invoices
* You will have strong IT skills

What you will receive:

* Starting salary £22,000
* Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00
