Shift Pattern - Monday - Friday

Location - Central Bournemouth

Do you have previous experience working as a Recruitment Consultant? Are you looking to take the next step in your career where you can grow a team and be rewarded with high basic and uncapped bonus? Due to continued demand from both existing and new clients, The Works Staffing Solutions are looking for an additional Recruitment Consultant within their commercial division in Bournemouth.

Role Purpose

The role of Recruitment Consultant is principally to manage client relationships with allocated clients. To fulfil the client's needs in relation to temporary and permanent resource requirements in an efficient and professional manner. To develop The Works client base for both permanent and temporary placements.

Key Accountabilities

* Management of allocated client accounts, including client and candidate relationship management, identifying suitable candidates and completing the necessary internal processes and administration relating to the management of these accounts.
* To ensure the growth, productivity and profitability of the client accounts by maximising usage opportunities and effective candidate management.
* To source suitable candidates by placing adverts in local media, job centre and on recruitment internet job sites, searching job boards and other search methods that may be necessary.
* To successfully match candidates to vacancies, by accurately matching role requirements with skills, experience and aptitude - reaching a minimum of 50% success rate.
* To work closely and coach the branch Resourcers to ensure a seamless service to clients, with effective client and candidate management.
* To represent and uphold The Works principles when engaging with clients, candidates and colleagues.

Person Specification

* At least 12 months of recruitment experience at other Recruitment Agency
* Able to demonstrate good organisation and administrations skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Interview and questioning skills
* Professional demeanor (gravitas) and excellent communication skills.
* Numerate and commercial awareness.
* Understands the principle of negotiation and is able to apply these effectively.
* Driven and motivated by achieving targets and KPIs.
* Knowledge of local area.
