Who do we want?
We are looking for a talented Head of Customer Services to augment the growing team. A
successful candidate would possess technical skill, be enthusiastic and be able to get along
with a variety of personalities. Driven, hardworking and the ability to excel in the position
are a prerequisite.
The successful candidate will have ten years or more management experience with
knowledge of customers services, claims and complaints handling. They should also have
experience at both the corporate level and SME. Our new head will be available for team
building nights out/weekends on a regular basis.
* Coordinate and manage our admin, telephony and claims teams to maintain and improve our systems, structure, processes and customer facing sites to ensure we remain leaders in our field.
* The capacity to think outside the specification given by the business to foresee future commercial needs during project planning.
* You will be required to structure progress the team with individual performance reviews, professional development plans and reporting to upper management on team and project progress.
* Liaise with three supporting supervisors to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction results.
