Location: Romsey, Hampshire

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 DOE



Due to ongoing growth our client, one of UK's fastest growing business telecommunications specialists, is looking for a Service & Contracts Administrator to join their busy team.



Summary of Position



To be the first point of contact for all retention and escalation cases. Investigating and resolving customer complaints, managing new customer and leaving customer Early Termination negotiation and debt management.



Duties:



* Customer Retention - Contacting clients to ascertain whether a transfer is genuine and if so to save all leaving customers where possible by dealing with any service or cost issues and arranging customer relationship meetings.
* Working closely with customer relationship manager and account managers to support them in contractual query and clarifying obligations during the retention process.
* Leaving Customer Termination - Calculate, communicate and recover payment.
* New Customer Terminations - Validation, Negotiation and processing of payment recording all details onto the company database and Excel reports.
* Escalations: To address and resolve any escalated complaint that cannot be resolved by the account manager / dept. manager in the first instance.
* All other Customer Services query and assistance required throughout the business.



Skills Required:



* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and
* Confident and proactive approach towards dispute resolution
* Excellent communications skills both verbal & written
* Excellent customer service skills



Experience & Training:



* Customer Service Experience
* Contract administration knowledge
* Word, Excel & Office experience
* Experience in Ability Billing Platform preferred
