Digital Marketing Coordinator

Location: Hampshire, South East
Salary: £0.00 per hour

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within The Works Staffing Solutions to push our social media strategy to the next level.

We are looking for an innovative and creative individual who will become champion in all things digital and increase brand awareness through engagement with stakeholders.

The role will involve developing our social media strategy, contribute to digital-first practices and be responsible in developing and implementing initiatives across all social media platforms.

Other key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Manage all social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter.
- Plan content and delivery of blog posts and articles, creating discussions amongst relevant social media communities.
- Develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote The Works and our brand.
- To provide oversight for all digital activity through reports and data.
- To contribute to other digital projects.

Combining this with a thorough understanding of our customers behaviour you will be pivotal in the growth of our social media platforms.


The ideal candidate must have:
- A relevant Digital Marketing qualification or hands on experience within a similar role.
- The ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of various digital platforms.
- Knowledge of the recruitment sector.
- Numeracy skills and be able to create and manipulate data.
- Excellent grammar and written English skills.
- Research skills
