Salary: £8.22 per hour

Service Centre Consultant

Location: Bournemouth

Pay: £8.22 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

Our client is looking for candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills for initially a 12 week contract with a view to becoming permanent. You will be required to provide efficient and accurate policy processing to support the Customer Services and Sales departments.

Main responsibilities will include:

* Service sales activity and customer correspondence queries in a professional, courteous and competent manner via all channels including post, email, telephone and web.
* Meet and exceed customers' policy servicing requirements at first point of contact.
* Resolve customer queries and dissatisfaction and correctly advise and resolve underwriting and policy queries.

To be succesful in this role, you need to be:

* Results Driven
* Customer focused
* Communication skills - able to use excellent verbal & written communication skills to respond to customer queries.
* Attention to detail - to be able to accurately gather and key information on customer contacts and transactions whilst following company procedures.
* Computer literate - Telephony and system skills, including use of policy administration systems and Microsoft office software including Word and Excel.
* Typing/data input skills
