Salary - Negotiable basic salary, OTE approx. £28k - £30k
Hours - 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
Our client is a highly reputable bespoke construction company based in Winchester. They are currently looking for a motivated individual to join their telemarketing team.
You will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and potential customers within the trade, ranging from independents to large scale companies. The role is approx 75% warm leads and 25% cold calling. You will build rapport with the customer and gain details of their forthcoming projects in order to deliver leads for the sales team. Selling the benefits and services of the company is a key aspect of the role. Targets are based on the number of future project details you secure from each call. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and account management background gained in a B2B environment.
