Office Support Administrator

Location: Hampshire, South East
Salary: £24,000.00 per annum

The role will involve booking appointments for sales staff and site workers, organising work schedules, update the new CRM system (due to go live in August) and assisting with general admin. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining social media websites,Twitter,Facebook etc, giving them a stronger brand presence in the market.

Successful candidate needs to have a good telephone manner, to be able to multitask and be very organised. They also need to be computer literate and able to use own initiative. Knowledge of the 'CE Mark' admin requirements and processes would be an advantage, although not essential.

This is a very varied role requiring a strong mix of skills.

Hours are Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700 and free parking available on site.
